[serviceapp] master branch merge to development branch

Hi Dear Maros,

Hope you are fine!

Is there any incovenient for you to merge "master" branch into "development" branch as translations added since long time ago are not being ported into serviceapp plugin?

I noticed that OE-A based images as OpenPLI has their bb setted to "development branch", instead of "master branch".
