BUG: Cache is flushed always via CacheTag::forEverything #4

see https://github.com/nezaniel/Nezaniel.ComponentView/blame/neos9/Classes/Application/ContentRenderer.php#L88-L89 this seems to be a regression from a recent change.
I noticed that when implementing this for our CPX. Also i think there are more of these forEverything around still.
