As a logged-in user, I want to navigate to a "Settings" page so that I have a central place to manage my account.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new page is created and accessible at the /settings route.
• The route is protected and can only be accessed by authenticated users.
• The page contains a clear "Settings" heading.
• The UI includes placeholder sections for "Profile Information", "Change Password", and "Account Status".
• The "Account Status" section should indicate whether the user's email is verified.
