Investigate unexpected EOF (when listing files)

The "unexpected EOF" bug (see #589) reoccurred, even after Nomad switched to the native Docker SDK with Nomad 1.9.0+. Hence, we should investigate when this issue occurs and what we can do against it.

For now, we ignore the issue once again (see 2034178) and assume, that it occurs only when listing the file system (this is at least the information Sentry is showing for the CodeOcean project, CODEOCEAN-15R).
