[feature request] SandboxSet aligns with Sandbox in revision calculation method #37
Description
Since Sandbox adopted a new calculation method for the revision field added in the inplace upgrade capability, SandboxSet's revision calculation also needs to be migrated to the new method. This requirement should be implemented after the Sandbox inplace upgrade capability is merged.
