Get rid of SQLite to store any data and store all information inside Arakoon

@JeffreyDevloo what is the SQLite exactly used for today?

SQLlite is currently used to store some data from the asd-manager locally, like the disk information and the configured asd information.

Switching to Arakoon will force us to keep some local settings (like the node_id) on a file though so it might prove more troublesome than initially thought
