Atuin formula not autobumping

Description of issue

The atuin upstream package has been updated some days ago, and its formula should have received an autobump PR from the bot, but I cannot see any.

Checking with livecheck I see the update:

$ brew livecheck --autobump atuin
atuin: 18.6.0 ==> 18.6.1

Upstream added a "v" to their tag format, so it required some manual intervention.

Thanks! I tried to create a PR with both bump-formula-pr and bump, but it was complaining with:

Error: Whoops, the atuin formula has its version update
pull requests automatically opened by BrewTestBot every ~3 hours!
We'd still love your contributions, though, so try another one
that is excluded from autobump list (i.e. it has 'no_autobump!'
method or 'livecheck' block with 'skip'.)

Next time, how can I use brew to create a PR myself? Since I see from atuin tags that they haven't settled on using a v or not, I think this problem is bound to happen again 😬
