Support Complex Objects in <Select/>

The Select component currently only supports a list of string options. This is fine for simple use, but not great for more complex usage. It's very common to have complex objects backing UI elements.

Proposed Parameter additions

<Select 
    TItem="MyObject"
    Comparer="new MyObjectComparer()"
    Formatter="o => o.Value" />

Add

• TItem: Specifies the Type of options
• Formatter: Optional formatter for the display, object.ToString() called by default
• Comparer: Optional comparer for options, object.Equals() called by default

This way, we can use like

<Select 
    TItem="MyObject"
    Comparer="new MyObjectComparer()"
    Formatter="o => o.Value"
    Options="@(new MyObject[] { new("Align"), new("Border"), new("Columns"), new("Panel"), new("Select"), new("Text Input") })"
    ValueChanged="@OnValueChanged"  />

private async Task OnValueChange(MyObject obj)
{
    // No need process or map a string option here, just use the object directly
    obj.DoSomething();
}
