Add a CTOrderedSet Inspector Extension

Problem: The default Pharo inspector might not provide a tailored view for CTOrderedSet.
Suggestion: Create a custom inspector presentation to display the ordered elements clearly, perhaps with additional stats (e.g., size, duplicates skipped).

I wish to work on it.
