Support for RsPack (RFC)

Nice work on this tool! I recently started playing around with RsPack, which has out of the box compatibility with most webpack plugins -- this one however throws some errors. I've managed to port it over to RsPack successfully; wanted to check before I PR if that'd be welcome here or if I'm better forking and creating a new package. It would be another class exported from the same index.js file that could just be treeshaken upon import. Thanks!

If we can support both with one package it's be great. I'd also add you to this repo to help maintain it if you don't mind.

@mcollina sure thing, would be happy to! Will take some time to catch up on the rest of the code in the repo; I think I have a good enough understanding of what it's doing granted I haven't developed Webpack plugins before. Been catching up on a lot of documentation while playing around with the port though
