Add TIMEOUT <time> RESULT <PASS/FAIL> #65
Description
Add TIMEOUT RESULT <PASS/FAIL> so tests can pass when they timeout. IDK if this is useful, but it seems like timeouts are limited right now because of this. Will default to FAIL.
