Problems with caching plugins

Hi :)
I am using cache plugin that is somehow creating php cache files (NORMAL PHP) for their functionality and after that WordPress got error. 
Also I am using wordfence plugin that is also creating normal PHP files.
When they create files I got error instantly. 

Can you please guide me how I can fix these?
Is there any method to scramble these files on runtime?
