Alpine image can't build polyscripting twice without reset

If you ./run polyscripted and then ./run polyscripted again, the container fails to start.
Running non-polyscripted in-between fixes issue. Rebuilding image fixes issue. Stopping mysql and nginx containers fixes issues. The issue likely sits within the nginx volumes.
