Pin thread creation message in DM channel #8

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please elaborate.
Modmail should pin thread creation message in the DM channel since it does get buried when a ticket gets long and since the lock reaction for self-closing the thread is attached to that message, it adds more convenience for the user to go back to it by viewing the pins.
