Add game instructions to splash page

Eventually, it would be nice to have an instructions modal that pops up after the click of a button on the game page, but in the interests of getting this done in time for an upcoming conference, the instructions should be visible on the spash page before the user starts the game.

The instructions should refer specifically to gameplay with the game controller.
