show timestamp when hovering seekbar

When hovering the seek area, show a tooltip with the timestamp so you dont have to guess where a specific minute it.

You can extend this in the future by allowing color blocks bookmarks on the seek area

• use a a fixed width so they are easy to remove
• you could add this functionality via right click on the seek area
• need a way to persist these bookmarks for each song
