No NDI stream provided on Linux

I'm very new to Vingester. My understanding was that it can convert video streams to NDI. However, when selecting NDI Sink, I cannot detect a provided stream, neither with OBS NDI plugin, nor other NDI hadling solutions.

I observed this behaviour on Ubuntu 24.04 and Bazzite OSs.
I tried to consume NDI on localhost only.

Vingester is a brilliant idea! I hope I can make it work on Linux.
