[Feature]: Call recording enablement

Problem Statement

In many countries for no clear reason the call recording is not available (some other phones has it, and seems possible from a legal point of view if you are participating to the call).

Proposed Solution

Possibility to enable call recording in the default phone app.

I have tried this for a while and I am confident to say without root, There is no way ... Android is now strictly tightening down calls and SMS access to prevent scam and abuse which is understandable but resulting less controls for us to make cool stuff.

If you are rooted, I'd recommend trying out BCR.
