Why did you join sktime's mentorship program?
I have mostly just worked on bug fixes till now I want to get into core parts of sktime , and this is a great opportunity for me to learn
What topics are you working on?
Currently working on forking Seasonal package to be unofficially maintained in sktime Issue #9026. also adding new tag for detectors HMM detector
What are your learning goals?
Will update after week 1 meeting
What's next for you after the mentorship program?
I intend to remain an active member of sktime community and continue my open source contribution to other projects as well.
