ODIN is no longer maximized on screen after restarting #448
Description
If user uses ODIN "maximized" on a screen and then closes ODIN and restarts it, ODIN will be reopened on monitor where it was closed, but not in window size where it was closed.
Mostly it is displayed as a window (e.g. 1910 x 1018) on upper left corner of screen and also "slightly shifted out of screen to the left. The maximization of window must be carried out afterwards by the user again and again.
