This document will be completed when the document contents adequately describes the planning, scope, cost, time, risks, and other planning as needed for Tetra.

The first draft of this document will not be completed until several preliminary documents or writings are completed. Right now the priority is to create a schedule, project charter, business case, risk document and other preliminary documents for a project. I'll attempt to get an outline done this week at the very least. I will not be able to completely "flesh out" the outline until after some of the documents mentioned earlier are completed or nearly completed.
