Mary to submit FDA documentation she's uncovered for EUA

Mary will upload the FDA documentation she's found into a folder entitled "FDA_EUA" in the root directory that will not be immediately visibile to https://tetrabiodistributed.github.io/tetra. We will then move these documents to their appropriate resting places. This document dump will include the Sparrow docs etc.
