feat: Add ability to specify breaking change

I'd like to tell the AI that I want a breaking change commit according to conventional commit specs

Requirements

• Add a --breaking (-b) flag to be used in conjunction with --conventional

Hello @thitlwincoder. Ideally an ! should be added to the commit type. The BREAKING CHANGE you added would be added in a footer. See https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/#examples. Thanks for the quick response! It's much appreciated :)
