BGM: compatibility with Touhou Vorbis compressor

Right now, applying thcrap to a game patched with Touhou Vorbis Compressor will cause it to not play any music ever, regardless of if thcrap has a BGM mod or not. This should either be fixed or there should be some sort of upgrade path from Touhou Vorbis Compressor
