Rebuild every x days #118
Description
When I check dockerhub, the images seems to only a few days old, eg https://hub.docker.com/r/tianon/postgres-upgrade/tags?name=13-to-17 is now 5 days old, yet it was there a month ago as wel.
Why is there a rebuild every x days?
