The Register button is not getting enabled in Dev environment for any challenge
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a challenge from WM and check the challenege in CA after some time when Registration is open
Expected behavior
The Register button should be enabled for the users to participate in the challenge
