[FEATURE] Would like the ability to add labels to the created issue

It would be nice if I had the ability to add labels to the issue created by this action.

I deploy to many environments and each environment has a different set of approvers. I use the slack integration to be notified of a pending approval and I would like the issue to be shown in different slack channels depending on the environment being deployed to. In order to do that, I need to be able to filter the github action integration by the labels on the issue.
