Improve make_preservation_xml test coverage #53
Description
The current tests cover the most common variations, but expand to include all possible variations. Include all optional fields, all fields that can repeat, and all format variations.
- More with creating application (just have name)
- Add inhibitors
- More with deduplication (name same but version different, name and version same but one has PUID)
- Add permitted fields we haven't used yet
- Valid and Well-Formed are False
