Allow input elements in raised popover triggers #2

When a popover trigger is raised above the backdrop, it allows for interaction on that trigger node. But the assumption is that triggers will typically be buttons and elements that do not take any input. If we were to pass input to a raised trigger, it will all be lost when popover is closed
