[Playground][Wasm] - Indicator for the selected snippets option is not working when move scrollbar for snippets.

Current behavior

Expected behavior

Indicator or the highlighting for the selected snippets option should work properly.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Visit https://playgroundcanary.z19.web.core.windows.net/#passwordbox
Go to the Snippets combobox
Click on any of the snippets option for example 'Canvas'
Observe that the 'Canvas' is highlighting as indicator.
Now move the scrollbar for snippets.
Observe that the indicator for the 'Canvas' is not present now.

This is caused by the style of the control not handling selected visual state
