Readability problem on docs.github.com across all color themes

For some reason, the text color and background color have almost no contrast across all color themes.  Check out how [docs.github.com](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/managing-releases-in-a-repository) looks to see the problem.

PS:  Thank you for creating this awesome theme.  It's so beautiful and configurable.
