The RED4ext terminated in patch 2.30

i don't know what is this, but can somebody help me. My game version is 2.30 as it is can't be updated to latest version for several issues, so i'm using mods tha compatible to 2.30 or older, but this happen

You're using incompatible version of RED4ext. For game version 2.3 you need RED4ext 1.28.0.
