Would it be useful to either (A) include the exceptionslist in this repository, or to (B) refactor the code to retrieve it over HTTP remotely?

My old laptop died which is where I had all of Duncun's Python scripts. I got the old hard drive back up and running to another computer, and it wasn't included in the zip file sent to me.
