[Feature] - Allow resetting of oscillator phase not only in Sweeps and AcquireLoopRT #50

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to reset the oscillator phase in additional specific points, e.g., at the start of particular sections, which are not sweeps. By the current implementation, the oscillator phase can only be reset with Sweeps and the AcquireLoopRT
Describe the solution you'd like
The two possible solutions would be:
- Specific operation to trigger an oscillator_phase_reset
- Add option to reset oscillator phase also to normal sections
