Simple Python script to transliterate ukrainian cyryllic letters to latin letters.

Transliteration is done in accordance with https://www.kmu.gov.ua/npas/243262567

Use plain UTF-8 text file as input, all input characters will be converted to lower, output is written to stdout.

You can use, for example, LibreOffice Writer later to set characters case to desired with Shift+F3.
