I began doing this a long time ago and got pulled away. Finishing up the remaining work was straightforward.

I worked on adding zero's signed integers last time I worked on truth, but got pulled away in the middle of my work and never finished it.
This doesn't even build. I'm putting it up partly because I like git's review interface, and I can leave notes as I rediscover what's going on.
