UTF8 Support

Due to the new Nextion editor release there is now UTF 8 Support für the display.

Progressbar support, changed background,some miner stuff

Multipage is running with the progressbar showing the amount of percent elapsed time of an active rest. Changed Colour of progressbar to red. Added flame icons to indicate an active heater.
Asked Manuel for implementation as official addon.
