- RHEL 7 is EOL
- CENTOS7 is EOL - this needs removal from branch protection. We don't remove the bintar builder!
- SLES 12 is EOL

Looks good, noting that Fedora 39 will be after next release per @dbart as the Fedora 41 wasn't final at time of last release.
