Summary

Split lib/messages/prune.ts into two files with single responsibilities
inject.ts: Builds and inserts <prunable-tools> context and nudge messages
prune.ts: Applies pruning mutations to message parts (outputs, inputs, errors)


          refactor: split prune.ts into inject.ts and prune.ts for SRP
