first time sending the pull request. I hope I did this correctly!
I put in my simulator for the clonal tree's reproductive success and all the utility functions I need for model_clonal. The simulator works but I still need to tweak the parameters and work on some add-ons. At least people should be able to see what my simulator structure is & that helps group decision. will work on it again a week later!
