If you would like to see how many PDFs and copy-licences have been bought over a particular period you can do so by logging on to the server and clicking on "Licences".
Select the date range you would like to view by selecting a start date and an end date. Licences that were sold in the time between these two dates will be displayed.
You can either view the range on this page by clicking "Search", or you can download a summary of the sales by clicking on "Export". A spreadsheet of the sales information will be downloaded to your computer.
From this you will be able to see:
- Which titles where bought
- On what date the titles were bought
- At which outlet the sale take place
- Which publisher owns the title
- In what format the title was downloaded (eg. A4 or A5)
- How many copies were bought
- Whether or not the book was downloaded
