I've completed the documentation updates for the Intercom OAuth connect PR. I created two separate suggestions (per your instructions to keep changelog and feature docs separate):

1. Update Intercom integration to general availability

Changes:

• Integration page (fern/docs/integrations/intercom.md): Removed beta label, updated setup instructions to reflect self-service OAuth (users can now connect directly from the Integrations page without contacting support)
• Doc Collections page (fern/docs/configuration/doc-collections/intercom.md): Removed beta label and "Beta Limitations" section, streamlined the content
• Navigation (fern/docs.yml): Updated "Intercom Integration (Beta)" → "Intercom Integration" and "Intercom (Beta)" → "Intercom"

2. Add Intercom GA announcement to January 2026 changelog

Changes:

• Added a changelog entry under Improvements noting that Intercom integration is now self-service via OAuth

Key updates:

• Removed all "Contact help@gopromptless.ai to enable" messaging since OAuth is now available to all users
• Simplified setup from a multi-step process requiring support contact to a 2-step self-service flow
• Kept the note about drafts behavior (Promptless creates drafts in Intercom that need to be manually published) since that functionality is unchanged
