Request Leave Screen -
Within the request leave screen, you can choose from four types of Leave and have an option to all comment
Approve Requests Screen, on this screen you can see which apporvals need to be approved if you are manager/approver
Decision Screen, on this screen the manager/approver can approve and decline leave requests
