Project Overview: A manual testing project performed on the TutorialsNinja Demo E-Commerce Website. The project validates critical user workflows such as Registration, Login, Search, Add to Cart, Checkout, and Contact Us.

The goal was to ensure these modules work as expected and meet functional requirements.

Scope of Testing:

Homepage, User Registration, Login, Search Functionality, Product Detail Page, Add to Cart, Checkout Flow, Contact Us, UI & Input Validation

Project Artifacts: The repository includes: Test Plan, Test Scenarios & Test Cases, Bug Report, Test Summary Report, Mind Map (Qafox_Mindmap)

All documents follow STLC best practices and clearly map requirements → scenarios → test cases → defects.

Testing Summary: Total Test Cases Executed: 64, Passed: 49, Failed: 13, Pass Rate: 76%

Modules with Major Bugs: Login, Search, Checkout, Payment Flow

Total Bugs Logged: 13:

Bug Highlights: Defects were categorized based on: Severity (High/Medium/Low), Priority, User impact, Root cause behavior

High-severity bugs were found mainly in: Error message handling, Checkout/Confirmation, Search inconsistency

Mind Map: A clear, well-structured Qafox_Mindmap was created to visualize major modules: Home Page, Search Bar, Shopping Cart, Product Module, User Account, Product Detail Page, Security & Dependencies

Conclusion: The application is partially stable. Core features function, but multiple high-severity issues require fixes before a production-ready release. All findings, failures, and validations are captured in the documentation.
