Corrige problemas com a biblioteca pyxb atualizando-a para a PyXB-X.
A atualização parece ser grande por conta dos arquivos de bindings 07ea172, mas o principal está nesses 3 commits: 0e2b201, 3a8b53c e 3f0dd28.
