-removed negative prediction margin in freeze settings

New Anti Latency Features:
-(tc_adjust_removed_delay) added setting in anti latency tools to add back prediction if you are frozen but outside of freeze. This should massively help with reacting to up down saves and certain types of unfreeze parts.
-(tc_unpred_others_in_freeze) added setting to not predict other players if you are in freeze, this will instantly make other players look smoother while you are in freeze, this has no downside for gores as far as I know.

New Ghost System:
This is an experimental extension of the anti latency tools which will let you show both predicted and unpredicted copies of all other players.

-(tc_show_others_ghosts) toggles ghost system
-(tc_swap_ghosts) swaps if the ghost is the predicted player or the unpredicted player
-(tc_hide_frozen_ghosts) hides a players ghost if they are frozen (to make it easier to save them)
-(tc_pred_ghosts_alpha) alpha of predicted ghosts
-(tc_unpred_ghosts_alpha) alpha of unpredicted ghosts
-(tc_render_ghost_as_circle) renders ghosts as circles instead of tees

-Merged all upstream ddnet commits up until now
-Merged all of kdaniel's commits and progresss
-Updated all tclient code to modern ddnet standards where applicable
-Applied a hotfix for the editor crash

Hopefully soon I can start to clean up some of the lingering bugs and other issues.
