tc_hook_line_width is now in the official ddnet client and is called cl_hook_coll_size
In Settings -> HUD you can adjust the size
I removed the original config so you will need to set it again.

Improved freeze update fix.

Fixed a bug with the unfreeze delay helper. Previously your latency value was unknown until you looked at the scoreboard which meant the values used to calculate the negative prediction margin were not accurate. It should work as expected now.
