The quick-start.py script now works. All you need to have installed is python.
Pull the code, cd into scripts and run:
python quick-start.pyAll test for WGCNA and SMCCNET passed
see if the quick-start.py works for you all. Youll need to pull the branch rather than main until it is reviewed and merged.
