What VATFIX Is

VATFIX is a legal/semantic primitive for VAT compliance.

It defines:

• What constitutes a valid VAT claim
• What evidence is required
• What failure modes exist
• What boundaries apply

What VATFIX Is Not

• Not a SaaS product
• Not an API endpoint
• Not a billing system
• Not a customer support channel
• Not a "startup"

VATFIX does not sell.
VATFIX does not integrate.
VATFIX does not operate.

Authority Model

VATFIX is the definition layer.

Implementations (including commercial ones) are subordinate.

Implementations are prohibited from:

• Redefining VATFIX semantics
• Claiming sovereignty over external authorities
• Overriding failure modes

What VATFIX Does NOT do

• Does not execute VAT validation
• Does not operate as SaaS
• Does not provide API endpoints
• Does not handle billing
• Does not provide customer support
• Does not guarantee uptime
• Does not enforce implementations
• Does not modify rules
• Does not endorse implementations
• Does not receive revenue from implementations
