This PR updates names in the repo to be more consistent and also to remove ambiguity.
Classes are prefixed with
DFRayto differentiate fromRay.Most importantly,
RayStageis renamedDFRayProcessorto indicate that it is used by DFRay to process queries and is not tied to a particular stage any more now that we pool them in advance.A few other small changes
